Condition: Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in original condition may not qualify for a refund.

Initiate Return: Email us at support@fullstackavenue.info within 30 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Reason for return
Photos of the item (if applicable)
Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 3 business days.
Ship Your Return:
Include the RMA number on your package
Use a trackable shipping method

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Refunds
