Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in original condition may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Downloadable software products

  • Personal care items (hygiene products)

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Email us at support@fullstackavenue.info within 30 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item (if applicable)

  2. Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 3 business days.

  3. Ship Your Return:

    • Include the RMA number on your package

    • Use a trackable shipping method

    • Ship to: [Insert Return Address]

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Refunds

  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return

  • Method: Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Partial Refunds: May be issued for items not in original condition or missing parts

Exchanges

For same-item exchanges:

  1. Contact us at support@fullstackavenue.info

  2. We’ll provide instructions for sending back the original item

  3. Replacement will ship once we receive your return (subject to availability)

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include photos showing the damage/defect

  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund

Late/Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account (processing may take 10 business days)

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. If still unresolved, email us at support@fullstackavenue.info

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to:

    • Wrong item shipped

    • Defective/damaged item

    • Other errors on our part

  • We recommend:

    • Using a trackable shipping service

    • Purchasing shipping insurance

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Return shipping costs

    • Any customs fees

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
